Sacred Heart Academy Named to Advanced Placement School Honor Roll
Sacred Heart Academy has been recognized for student success in the Advanced Placement program while broadening access.
New York State - College Board announced that Sacred Heart Academy has been named to the 2024 Advanced Placement Program (AP) School Honor Roll, earning Platinum distinction for college culture (number of seniors taking at least one AP course before graduating), college credit (earning an AP score of 3 or better) and college optimization (taking 5 APs throughout high school with at least 1 taken in 9th or 10th grade). This is the highest distinction awarded by College Board.
The AP School Honor Roll recognizes schools whose AP programs are delivering results for students while broadening access. Schools earn this recognition annually based on criteria that reflect a commitment to increasing college-going culture, providing opportunities for students to earn college credit, and maximizing college readiness.
