On CFN Live, Sacred Heart Academy students were featured for fostering the values of courage, compassion, and commitment.
By showcasing SHA's dedication to promoting love and acceptance in all aspects of life, CFN Live shed light on the important work being done by the students of Sacred Heart Academy.
Back in 1836 the Sisters of Saint Joseph opened a school for the deaf in Carondelet, Missouri and years later CSJ sisters, S. Nora and S. Karen, opened the Neumann Residence in Manhasset.
In an effort to continue the CSJ mission to love the 'dear neighbor' without distinction, the following students Isabella Anzalone '24, Noelle Alfaya '25, Joelle Ghiradella, '27. Connie Mayers, '27, Caitlin Suhrcke, '27, Juliana Baiardi, '27, Taylor Truesdell, '27 and Marion Munson, '27 participated in a service trip to the Neumann Residence, one of Catholic Charities group homes for Adults with disabilities and hearing impairment.
